Project Planning and Analysis
After pre-planning and analysis are complete and the Entry Level Criteria is reached, Teklead Developers will begin Project Planning and Analysis. During this process, project goals and functions are defined, in addition to to the operations of the application and end user needs.
Design
This process defines in detail the features, functionality, and relevant artifacts of a project. These include process diagrams, business rules, documentation and code prototype.
